True story. About 10 years ago, my nephew's gf went on BRCC. He found out, saw the vid and I think it broke him. I don't think he's had a gf since. I feel bad for him.

where did you read they do 72 hr fasts for usual shoots?

It's well known in the industry for p0rnstars to do fasts b4 shoots so they look extra lean and gain glow. From seeing thousands of bikini bods IRL, I have never seen any walking around with GDP level glow and no fat/imperfections in the perfect spots. Cardio bunny, weightlifter, health vegan girl, boring good church girl, it doesn't matter I've seen it all. They will always have some sort of imperfection. As another poster mentioned, they are probably airbrushing stretchmarks/cellulite.

i dont think it's 72 hour fast to clean out the colon... i mean they would be lethargic lol

i think they can just drink a ton of coffee/vitamin c/sauna to reduce bloat instead... but im no expert
