I live on the west side, in Washington county, all this craziness is 100% a multnomah county, last three times I’ve been to Portland were twice for airport and once to visit a friend, they finally removed the burned down car so parking was available lol.

TLDR: when you think of lawlessness, blight and despair think of multnomah county, Oregon.

Not really. There are spots where they are allowed and where they are basically given free drugs. Yes, seriously. Free drugs? Like soup kitchens, but for drugs? I guess it would deter theft in order to buy drugs, but that still seems so crazy.
