What about moving an adjustable bench to the cable crossover, setting the seat to the OHP angle, and then sitting on the bench with chest facing the back pad to do single arm cable rows?

I always noticed the Asian guys I knew would get really jacked when they started lifting even semi-seriously. Old work buddy of mine was Laos and he hit 190 or so at 6'1. He was actually one of my first inspirations. I worked with him before lifting and he'd tell me all about his workouts. It seems Asians have great genetics for lifting as they remain quite lean while packing on mass. I don't believe I've ever seen an Asian guy dreamer bulk (srs). At least, not personally.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*
