They told me to delete the thread

I deleted the thread and they called me a minute later saying thank you, it will stay between us but I need to be careful in the future and not post anything work related (thread was about a work related gala)

Regardless, there is obviously some unhinged person out there who will surely contact them again with a thread where I say something offside so at this point this account has to 100 percent be deleted

Yeah it is a dangerous place for many many people. They get stalkers and people research to find out personal info like their home address.

You have to keep a level of anonymity that you’re comfortable with here. I seen miscers post about their relationships, their coworkers, their families business,etc. like couldn’t you make them potential targets too?

It sucks and while I’m sure I maybe let some personal stuff slip, likely while posting drunk, I don’t worry about being detectivated much. It just takes away from the misc Experience. There are trolls and stalkers who have insipid lives who’ll try to out you on something..

I sincerely don’t want people In my real life knowing I misc more than I care what strangers here find out though . it’s held me back from starting a twitch and a YouTube channel even. Dunno about you guys but I don’t want to be at a business dinner or out with my family at a restaurant and have some stranger walk up to me and saying “ru aware!!!” I’d never wear my bb.com or misc t shirts out in public lolol.
