Back in the olden days you'd only watch the news on your black and white tv for the weather, and on occasion you'd pick up a newspaper and hear about a local kid that drowned in a lake and that was your ONE sad event for the week. Now days you're watching people getting eaten alive by a shark on video in a country half way across the world and have the ability to watch Russians and Ukrainians get blown up and shot in the face live in 4k. Does it benefit you in any way watching that video? It doesn't all it does is place you in a doomer mindset that the world is terrible and we're all gonna die and there's this "doomsday clock" thats ticking down to the end of the world.

turn off the TV disconnect from the internet and focus on things in your life that really matter. I don't know what those things are but you do. It can be finishing up school or passing some certification or starting up a business idea that you thought up just do those things instead.

Look beyond the allegories and scripture and consider the philosophy behind these religions. They are correct and you are seeing right now what happens when you deviate away from them.

This country fell apart when the Bible was taken out of school, whether you are religious or not, there is no denying that. Teach children that there are no eternal consequences for their actions and that they are nothing but animals, don't be surprised when they grow up and act accordingly.
