Have you tried... I dunno, working less or finding a better job somewhere? What is it with boomers and working themselves to death for no apparent reason? I used to work at an autoshop and both my dad and uncle were workaholics (still are, lol) and did not understand any other way of life.

My uncle would come to his shop before 4 am and was always the last to go home. He worked and worked until he suffered from a stroke at 60. He's nearing 70 and still keeps at it. I once asked him when he planned to rest and his only response was, "I'll rest in the grave." Srs.

Heat? I thought it was freezing in Canada? But regardless heat or cold is not good to be doing hard labour in if you are unwell. Symptoms sounds like you could be getting Angina attacks.
