Years ago I used to work with a number of Europeans. I got the opinion from them that many Europeans felt the French are the most difficult, obnoxious people in Europe. I never worked with anyone from France so don't have an opinion on the topic. I did work with some Italians and I thought they were great.

I've had mixed experiences. A supplier in the south of France we was really decent, they want on strike and were always on holiday of course but pretty decent to deal with. Others in the north have been the very stereotype of arrogant, rude arseholes. When I've been to Paris people are pretty rude.

I've only worked with one Italian company and they were pretty bad. The country is quite corrupt so maybe it filters into general business behaviour. The French are difficult but not dishonest.

All I know is that Italy is one of the highest IQ countries along with northern euros and east Asians. The gave Europe the Renaissance and gave the world many inventions and scientific progress while the rest of the world got caught lacking. Unfortunately they've had chit leaders that never develop the country to it's potential while draining it of it's economic and brain power. I lived there a few years and it's an awesome country, would retire to and start new life/10

Not to hate on Italy in any way. As I said earlier in the thread, it's a great country, but re what you posted...

Germany and UK have the highest GDPs in Europe. Also, the British Empire is the largest Empire in history. So there's nothing to be mad about here brah.
