Do you like to Mod? If so go for the 5.7 Hemi. Sure it doesn't have the power of a Scat Pack, but it can take boost. Thr aftermarket is pretty big. You can reliably run 500 at the wheels on 10lbs of boost.

Yea Im strongly considering it. Was actually one of my dreams cars even before I got the truck.

Has strong aftermarket support so it'd be fun to work on it aswell

Get it breh. There's no telling how long v8s will be around. Dodge might be phasing it put next generation for a tt inline 6.
