According to the left, AA and DEI programs do not negatively effect whites in any way, only benefit "minorities". Conventional racism is where you directly discriminate against a "race" of people. Alternative racism you just promote everyone but one race, or you raise standards for everyone but then give a pass to everyone but a certain group. In the end, it's all the same because you have people being treated differently by the factor of their race, which is the definition of racism.

Personally I'd like to see people judged/treated based on their character, and things they can control. Seems the left wants to give people with bad character free passes.

I think they are trying to get more black Officers in the military still. Whites still outpace others in the military and its much more so on the officer side than enlisted.

That is a circular definition. What is a female? Let's start there. Someone with a uterus is basically what you are implying, and that could be a definition. According to you, an XY person with Swyer syndrome is a female. Let's also assume you mean someone born with a uterus since hysterectomies are a thing. Let's also assume they need not work because as you said, some cannot reproduce. However, according to you, this is now a woman:
