The Woke Exodus that is driving people and large businesses away from these woke-cities and States. Revenues are down significantly in these woke cities and Staes, whereas revenues are up in Florida, Texas and other non=woke States.

"'Intimidate' means a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened, and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened," the bill reads.

I don't think merely using the wrong pronoun qualifies. I think getting in their face and repeatedly saying die tranny you aren't a man/woman and so forth would. A reasonable person does not feel threatened by a pronoun.

That said, we already have a law against assault.
