It happens m8. Definitely try to keep yourself exercising, even though you don’t want to.

This is what happens when you're natty and obsess over everything too much.

The most important factors in working out are enjoying yourself and getting a good pump. Just go in, pick a specific muscle group, and spend 30-40 minutes hammering it trying to get as big and juicy of a pump as possible. Use everything. Free weights. Cables. Machines. Etc. Just use exercises that feel the best on the target muscle group and that you enjoy using. Don't even obsess over the weight you use, adding weight, progressive overload, rep ranges, etc. Just chase the pump.

If you're trying to use some autistic workout program it gets tiresome and boring. A bro split is the GOAT way to workout over a long period of time. The only thing that really matters is getting a juicy pump on your desired muscle group.

just workout twice a week instead of 4x a week. Keep them minimal, to maintain health, low bodyfat, and reasonable amount of muscle. Like focus on bench, pullups, shoulder press, some rowing movement. walking/running/biking is enough workout for legs, and big legs make you look dumb. Squats and deadlifts also mess with recovery and increase your appetite, bad for keeping low bodyfat.

we're not bodybuilders or fitness influencers, no need to be super jacked. just need to look good enough and be athletic for hobbies and sports
