I work 2 jobs and I put between 14 to 16 hours a day.

I read a book a week.

I workout everyday. Yup, 7 days a week.

I meditate 1 hour everyday.

I am currently working on a Udemy course.

An old friend of mine died this week (srs) 41 years old and went to sleep and didn't wake up, still waiting on autopsy. He was a fiend (not fat though and was a casual lifter), could have been cigs, could have been drink, could have been the vax, could have been something else, could have been all of the above. Either way alcoholism wrecked him, everyone is different but know yourself, know what you want out of life and know what you're playing with boyos. It can end at any time.
