Going to ask the doctor for creatine. If they say yes, problem solved. If they say no, I'm sure there's plenty of pharma sources that can be found online and I'll just use one of those. I'm already getting Cialis/Viagra with an online prescription so I'm sure creatine will be just as easy. May as well wait before starting the creatine then. The fat-muscle gain ratio will be much better on your calorie surplus if its your first bicycle.
