Op just hit peak cringe. The only people that care about an M badge are people who would know your car isn't an M and you are a worse tryhard ph@ggot than an Audi S owner (enjoy your audi-steer, lol). 80% of the population and 99% of the female population can't tell the difference between a base 3-series and an M3.

They made an entire try-hard trim level of m-sport just for ph@ggots like you, you should buy (well finance, lettuce be cereal...) that.

No it's a trim level (usually top level trim), independent of the motor afaik. You can get a 320d m sport
