Met up with cousin to go to dinner and a concert this weekend. Bunch of his friends came and one was from high school. I played on their AAU hoops team some for tourneys so knew the guy well. Hadn't seen him since like 16. We are 40, but he has grey hair, skinny but with a 7 month pregnant looking beer gut. Was weird considering I remember him as a skinny 16 year old athlete.

is aging society like crazy. Great for big pharma/healthcare/social security. $$$
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

I've heard of peoples friends groups falling to ****, but I have the opposite of that happening. We're all married - almost all with kids. And the wives bounced back from giving birth and look better than they did before - its crazy.

I suspect either addy or ozempic, but regardless, damn, I was impressed the last time I saw the bunch.

Couple of the boyos including myself never stopped lifting so theres a group of us that are straight units. Most doods have less hair, but thats about it.

Even actresses such as Elizabeth Taylor ran into the middle age weight gain:

Just read what she ate in 1960:

In 1960, when she was generally considered to be the most beautiful woman in the world, Elizabeth Taylor’s daily diet consisted of the following: scrambled eggs, bacon, and a mimosa for breakfast. For lunch, hollowed-out French bread filled with peanut butter and bacon. For dinner, a veritable feast: fried chicken, peas, biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn bread, homemade potato chips, trifle, and a tumbler full of Jack Daniels. By the health-nut standards of modern starlets, that’s more than decadent. It’s Ade****ian.

But like all great eras, Taylor’s youthful eating habits came to an end. During her fifth marriage she ballooned to over 180 pounds—then dieted down to 122.

Op was using hyperbole for sure lool. No one thinks a family member/friend getting fat is worse than them dying from cancer, getting addicted to drugs etc.

But in the response to op thread topic, sucks to see once good looking people get fat.

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

No offense but she was never the most beautiful woman from a male perspective. Maybe she was beautiful to other women in the same sense that other men admire teched up bbers even though they're unattractive to women

No, I'm well below obese now, and have been for months.

I'm just more concerned about myself than others nowadays. If people want to be fat, more power to them.

I'm confident that things will turn out great if I get my own house in order, and it's currently happening in a big way.

C'mon. Either that is an outright lie pushed for some publicity reason or I call bulimia. There is no way a woman under 130 pounds was eating 4-5,000 calories a day every day. Had to be approaching 1800 to 2000 just for breakfast and lunch.
