2 pushes and 1 pull would make your upper body unbalanced. I would take out OHP and replace it with side delts and ab exercises

Bench
Row
Laterals
Squat
Deadlift
Abs

No traps? I'm a believer in big traps definitely giving you size. Add traps to any lifter and he looks bigger

If you get strong at these 5 lifts in the 5-8 rep range you’re not going to be small or have any serious lagging body parts
lmao...good luck with a natty spending years on this and never hitting arms once and wondering why his arms are small...why don't you preface this with *bike riding required if you want the arms to grow as well on these

Big arms actually often do more harms for your overall aesthetics than medium to smaller sized arms.

Big arms make you look unathletic and make your shoulders look smaller. If you wanna look aesthetic for sloots, it's actually better to have medium sized arms.

"medium" sized arms are only relative to the build of the rest of your body. Of course if you are "ONLY" wrking on your arms, you'll look goofy, but if you're doing everything else and NOT working on your arms, you're arms are gonna look small and ridiculous. You should work on arms as well. 100%. But go ahead and don't train arms. Guarantee you wish you had bigger arms lmao

Your arm will never look "ridiculous" if you hit your back hard enough and do your presses. You are clueless.

You will look like a goofball with no upper back or rear/lateral delt development. And no direct arm work will leave them disproportionately small unless you have insane arm genetics.

Don’t really have anything specifically targeting the long triceps head (largest of the three), anything for side or rear delts, not to mention no rowing motion.

OHP is very front delt dominant, bench isn’t effective at long head activation, neither is OHP, side delts respond best to ghey stuff like lateral raises.

I work out arms (BIs & TRIs) every workout as a finisher. Women (but mostly men) be mirin.

True.

Boulder Shoulders give you that frontal frame that make the women (but mostly men) wet. They also like thickness in the upper front/back, narrow waist from the side profile. Bent over heavy rows, and srs.. I do 3 sets of 30-36reps (start heavy 10-12reps (max reps in that range, if u can do more, too light), rest 10 sec, drop 10 lbs, do another until max rep, 10sec, drop 10 pounds, max reps).

I do incline bench when I have the time at the gym.

I don't go for the "bodybuilder" look. I go for what the women (but mostly men) find aesthetic.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

OHP hits long head and so do bench and chin-ups to a small degree (srs)

OHP hits full delt, bench and chin-ups both contribute to a small degree. Would add rows for a 6th exercise
