Many White South Africans are trapped there, they have been there for generations now and they are citizens of South Africa and no where else. They have their own unique language and culture even. You dont just buy a plane ticket back to Holland or France, they need to qualify for immigration programs, visas, etc. The South Africa passport is not worth much, because no one wants their joggers flooding into every other country enriching the place with their sub 75 IQ's.

Many South Africans who can leave are leaving. There are massive expat communities in Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and all over Europe now.
