At 15%, the abdominals would become more defined

I say 3-4 days a week is perfect as long as you show up for the full hour

Going to take some of the suggestions here and do a 4 day a week upper lower and focus on cardio. I do burn out quick with that 3 day a week routine I been doing. My aim is to be about 20% bf by 2024 while putting on some mass If I can hit lower than 20% great. Going to Follow one of the upper lower split routines I found online, or if you all have any recommendations for routines it would be appreciated if you shot it my way.

It's a matter of recovery. Compound exercises are effective but you'll eventually run into recovery issues if you do a chit load of them in the same workout multiple times a week. You're better off splitting out the compounds. PPL once a week is fine. Prioritise one main compound per workout (e.g. barbell bench for push day) and go hard on it. The secondary compound (if any) should be to support progression on the main compound. The isolations are then just 10-15 minutes of fluff to round out the workout.
You can absolutely maintain or even progress with 3 workouts a week.
