It’s still real to me dammit! Though from reading the article they clearly state at the end that she has never commented on the incident. If it was a shapeshifter or some chit this kind of cover story sounds about right to sweep it under the rug. Kinda doubt it but you never know.

What's your point? Some people may just want a nice house and spend cheaply on everything else cuz it doesn't matter. LMAO at blowing thousands of dollars on A-B transportation. Unless it was an excessively long flight there's no need to do that.

Misc gets confused when wealthy people spend cheaply and poor people spend expensively. The factor between that is being smart vs. stupid.

This is nonsense.

When you buy a $2M house, you typically are doing it to "upgrade" your lifestyle and social group. Up until 2022, you could buy a $2M home with about a $200k income as long as you had money for the down payment.

Then you make a bunch of friends with people earning $1M per year, and begin going on expensive trips and going out to eat 5x per week, and all of a sudden your $4000 per month expenses shoot up to $8000 per month on top of a $6000/month house payment.

Lifestyle creep is a huge thing for people living in wealthy areas. This is why it's best to live somewhere below your means.

Yep. The only time I fly first class is on flights 7+ hours. This way, you can eat dinner and a few cocktails, then pop an ****** and get a full night's sleep and show up fresh to your destination in the morning. And I'm still only willing to pay like $500 exra in this situation. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of money.
