Cabbage juice fresh squeeze kills H Pylori bacteria
Yea I had two bad ulcers from the h. pylori.

I cured it (h. pylori, SIBO and ulcers) all in a few weeks taking mastic gum pills, Licorice DGL pills (for the ulcers), garlic pills, and oregano oil pills. I also had cabbage cooked and ate with ground bison, white rice and all in chicken stock or bone broth for 2 meals a day and local honey in the morning.

I completely got rid of all other issues eating a strict keto diet for 3 months without ever really cheating and after the first month I added in some watered down apple cider vinegar with lemon and then the fermented foods for gut health. Since then I just switch between keto and moderate carb intake and have no digestive issues at all ever. It's been over 2 years now. I used to have major bloating, inflamed prostate towards the end, and a TON of issues. It all came on within like 2-3 weeks right before the world shut down for covid. Legit was a walking zombie with extreme gut issues for that month, but cured it all naturally. LOL at the doctor's prescribed way of fighting H. Pylori and gut issues. Literally insane how they have doctors push antibiotics and PPI's for that chit.

That stuff worked for me so that's what I would recommend, but just utilize whatever you know has helped you in the past too. I couldn't do any raw veggies or fruits besides blueberries. Those all made my symptoms worse. I had to steam my cabbage then add it in the beef/rice/chicken stock or bone broth mix.

I thinkyears of taking body building whey protienpowders and suppleemnts fukked my gut up.

The Cabbage Juice is amazing though, I only found it out online I didnt want to take any supplements so I did it and it worked. but you have to suffer because when you take it its killing the bad bacteria so your stomach starts talking grumbling, and then you get cramps and feel like you gotta rush to the restroom at night, and fart alot. some people give up after the first night drinking the cabbage, carrot and apple juice.

As we get older gut health is essential, I cant eat raw veggies either, the only one I do eat is cucumber I cut it and put some vinegar on it its great.

I eat sauteed spinach, steam brocolli, steam soft brussel sprouts, Im trying to stick to a bland diet. I eat lots of banana and kiwi.

One thing is also eating potatoes, i found out if you cook potatoes let them cool down put them in the fridge and then eat them cold the next day it will give you resistance starch that bad bacteria doesnt like and feeds the good bacteria.

I only drink warm lemon water most of the time. It takes months to really see a difference most people give up when they do diet changes because they want quick results.

Need some proper sides like maybe a nice salad, or some potato croquettes or smothered green beans...

But still look great.

Yea I used to drink protein shakes all the time. Drink tons of pasteurized milk and other dairy too. It all destroyed my gut over time. I used to fart up a storm but now I rarely ever fart. Crazy right? I only do raw dairy like raw milk and raw milk cheese and have zero issues. It's nuts how much of a difference since pasteurizing kills all the digestive enzymes needed to deal with dairy. I have to cook all my fruit and vegetables for the most part because I have some genetic issue (my sister has this too) called oral allergy syndrome. I have bad pollen allergies so my body also has reactions to raw fruit and veggies with similar cross pollen allergens. It sucks, but if I cook it all I have zero issues. So I couldn't even do the raw cabbage drink if I wanted too. I did see that mentioned in a few studies about cabbage and ulcers which is why I included steamed cabbage. It helped a ton but did make me a little gassy. Couldn't imagine a full pressed cabbage drink lmao.

I mean my main diet is basically red meat with chicken/lamb/pork a few times here and there, eggs, fermented foods, some random veggies and fruits cooked in different ways in small quantities, raw dairy, and then when I'm not on keto I'll have sweet or regular cooked potatoes, white various dishes, and a few pasta dishes with italy imported pasta. I use a lot of herbs and spices for flavoring, but all of them are organic and natural or from my own garden. All my water is from artesian wells or glass bottled water.

You nailed it when you said "gut health is essential." I learned the hard way and it is 100% correct. And yes when you get older you stomach acid also lowers which causes tons of digestive issues. That's why I have the apple cider vinegar once and a while to help prevent that and help my stomach acid.

One of my goals was to drink warm lemon water every morning for a month and I never got around to it. Thank you for reminding me to do try that. Great for the kidneys in the morning.

Steak with no proper carbs is like a cookie with no milk. It’s delicious but still could be 10x better.

Would eat/10 but would feel like I’m missing something srs
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I’ll be trying the beef tallow

Do you just coat it in melted tallow before you sear? I typically coat with a bit of olive oil before it hits the white hot cast iron for a good char. But I’ve been wanting to try tallow for awhile and this reminded me

Yeah this why I limit my red meat intake, I used to eat a ton of red meat like you but a few years ago I started getting night sweats id eat a big steak at night before bed, My body cant break down the red meat as well as it did before its a tough protein.

I eat steak maybe like once or twice a week if that. I mostly eat lean chicken, salmon and eggs as my protein sources. Ill also eat ground beef like Ill make Swedish meat balls with mashed potatoes, salsbury steak with gravy or meatloaf. I make my own ground beef to avoid the preservatives and sodium they add to it, so I buy some lean read meat and use my ground beef machine.

I like using the Braggs apple cider vinegar, Ill eat my pork rinds with apple cider vinegar, and my cucumbers.

As far as dairy I cant handle it anymore this why when I do eat ice cream I savor it and get a massive sundae since I only eat it once in a while, ill be able to be okay with it once ina while but if I were to drink milk daily and eat ice cream regularly like every other day ill start getting diarrhea and malabsorption and other issues.

Sorry brah damn haha.

Yea I put a spoonful of tallow in the cast iron once it's hot. When it melts and heats up a bit I'll put my steak in. If I do a quick seasoning on my steak before I put it in I always use a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to rub on my steak as a binder so the seasoning sticks better.

I use this tallow btw

Have you never cooked and eaten a steak before? Srs question. How would I not know what a ribeye tastes like when I eat one almost every day. Gross butter?

Vegan detected. Also, lol at counting calories.
