Nothing, making breakfast then a nap before double shift at work, blows since it's supposed to be about 100 degrees today, and over 100 rest of the week.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I had some spinlock dumbbells and I couldn't stand them. But then I got some powerblocks and those are awesome. Quick changing dumbbells are the only way to go imo

Trying to decide if I should lift today or Monday. Technically I am supposed to be resting today and tomorrow and lift Monday, but I feel great today and I could shift my rest days to tomorrow and Monday instead if I move that workout to today.

Decisions, decisions.

Fuark I may have to (srs). The other benefit of lifting today vs Monday is that Mondays are always the busiest days there so I could avoid all that nonsense.

Only hit 3 instead of 5. Oh well, time to reduce the training max and build back up!

What do you like for abs? When I gave a damn about training them, I'd do ab wheel and captain's chairs.

I just adjust the bench and stick to really slow crunches/sustained tension. I figure if it burns, and I’m sore the next day, it must be doing something.

Tried to rep for lifting thread and for honoring the greatest GOAT HBB of all time, but on spread. Just crushed push day.

Bench 3x10
Arnold Press 3x10
Skull crushers 3x10
Incline press 3x10
Front raises 3x10
Side raises 2x10
Tricep pull downs 3x10
Chest press machine 3x10
Shoulder press machine 3x10

Then hit up a great local donut shop to go with my protein shake. About to get some sun and hit up one of my boys for lunch and drinks(no homo). Should be a great weekend

Chest & Arms today.
Flat, Incline, Cable Crossover flies.
DB Curls, Skull-crushers, Dips.

Smoking brisket today as well. Already in the smoker (pecan wood). Just the point, separated the flat for another day.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.
