Trumps gonna get a guilty on this unless he gets a jury nullification.


The law here on his charges has a pretty broad scope- more than Fed Rico laws- and from what I can tell- Trumps guilty.

Kemp can't pardon either - it will take the board of parole and pardons here.


My guess:

1. Most of Jack Smiths charges don't stick- some will, but scotus will overturn- which will also result in a few long-term acts of Congress been deemed unconstitutional- they will be ground breaking overturns, and needed for a long time.


2. Trump is dead guilty on some Georgia charges, and has to hope for a jury to help him.

His big mistake was literally 48 hours after he was elected backing off from going after her for crimes she literally admitted to on camera. His weakness was evident right there and while he was probably trying to bring everyone back together and make things less contentious, it was the wrong move.

The issue here is that these judges and states are no longer abiding by their original constitutions, similar to how any extremist simply ignores the constitution

Having business ties around the world as you become - probably - the most powerful person in the world qualifies you for all those things. The fact is a DA brought a case that will make or break her career and she didn’t do it without thinking she could win. A grand jury signed off on it and now it will go to a jury.

And please, don’t just go “but but Biden” - if you think they are worth investigation Trump obviously is as well.
