Deads are the best, man.

I have a rogue trap bar for when I want to go super heavy, for me, which is in the low 500’s. Otherwise I still enjoy high volume deads for hamstring and glute work. Did 265 3x10 stiff legged the other day and it feels great.

I do them once a week. I don't chase high numbers tho, most I've pulled on a conventional deadlifted is 385lbs. 412 on a trap bar.

I do conventional barbell deadlifts and trap bar deadlifts 1 time a week.

My only issue with the lift is that people who lift 400, 500,600lbs sometimes don't even look like they lift. lol
