It used to be pretty close historically but Honda's reliability fell off a little bit in the 2010s and later with Honda Odyssey Transmission problems, Accord Oil Dilution issues(with gas in the oil), Carboned up intake valves on Gasoline Direct Injection engines, etc.
There are still very reliable Honda models in the 2010s and 2020s though. Especially ones with a naturally aspirated engine and a manual transmission.
