Major updates incoming. For starters as you know Chestbrah was kicked out of the Mexican gym after setting off the El Lunko alarm too many times. Desperate for a workout he's come across a Gilligan's Island inspired gym where he found himself mogged by the dumbbells he was pressing.

Death In Vegas!

Some old timer was attending the show with Chestbrah and at some point has keeled over and died. Chestbrah and others are saying that the whole thing has been treated disrespectfully, like they just pretended it never happened and went on with the show.

BTW this old guy had a young daughter die a few years back and he said he was doing it all for her, making her proud kind of thing. He was a man of the Lord so lots of comments glad they are now together again in Heaven.

And Chestbrah is going to become an IFBB Pro, because that organization has integrity and cares about the Bodybuilders!

I hadn’t even thought about Chestbrah since the Zyzz era and then I see him on the Fresh and Fit podcast not too long ago talking about competing. Can’t say I’m surprised he stuck with the “aesthetics lifestyle.” Imagine living through that, your brother dies, and random dudes are coming up to you on a daily basis about how getting shredded help save their lives and they owe it all to Zyzz? That’s literally what happened to him and he talked about it extensively on the F&F podcast. Looks like he played the only real card he had in life. Or he could’ve sat back and eaten chips and got fat so at least he didn’t do that.
