Again my base rate is irrelevant because even without doing any overtime I clear £30k/$40k while the minimum wage in the UK is like 18k a year.

I get extra bonus simply for signing in at work, IUP etc, plus with the booked Sunday shifts which is time and 3 quarters/extra 75% pay it all adds up.
