I take a supplement (hand made) that probably no one on this entire site takes, or could even handle.
A dropperful of 1.5+ million Scoville heat unit alcohol extracted Red Reaper extract under the tongue for 2 mins then swallow.

My favorite supplement that I take is a beet supplement. I've found it helpful with improving energy levels some, I sleep better, and it lowers BP levels. The one I take ~

For the guys saying Citrulline. Is this in addition to what's typically in pre-workouts if you're taking a pre?

Cholest-off actually works. if you have slightly high cholesterol try taking it consistently and compare your labs before and after.

Fish Oil is probably the one I'd recommend to 99+% of people, regardless of whether they lift or not.
For healthy individuals I would recommend Creatine, regardless of whether they lift or not. Certain chronic issues like uncontrolled hypertension, kidney and/or liver disease, and certain digestive problems would stop me from suggesting creatine.
A lot of people would benefit from regularly supplemented Magnesium, and if you don't get 30 minutes of solid sun exposure 5+ times per week, taking D (or beingverypurposeful about your daily diet) is also a good idea.
Beyond those, any suggestions become very specific to individual wants/needs and need to be balanced against what their diet already looks like.

Magnesium is something that everyone should take especially if they dont eat stuff like Spinach or Kale or pumpkin seeds and stuff like that, I heard like 70 percent of Americans are deficient in Mag
