Quickest easiest way to cook chicken breast is to butterfly it, place it between two sheets of plastic wrap, pound it flat to an even thickness, season it, and throw it on the grill (depending on temp 4 minutes each side, varies from grill to grill). Literally 15 minutes from fridge to plate.

Thinning it out to an even thickness allows it to cook fast, retain juices, and makes it tender. Just be sure to season it of course.
You can also bread it with egg and breading, but that's more work.

You can always bake whole breast in an oven, but that takes more time and an oven safe thermometer.

Seasoned grilled chicken is super versatile:
Grilled chicken sandwiches
Grilled Chicken pastas
Grilled Chicken salads
Chop it up and make chicken tacos or burritos.
Slice it and make chicken fajitas with peppers
etc.
