True.

Basically just lift as heavy as you can a few times a week, do some cardio, and have a good diet and sleep and you’ll gain muscle.

Even old people, malnourished people, people with metabolic disorders, neurological disorders even, can build muscle and strength if they get an adequate diet and exercise.

A normal average man (Miscers) should have no trouble making gainz.

Yeah because you already partially trained the bis/tris on their complimentary exercises. So you finish them off an then give them their recovery days.

It is true that all the lifts are pretty much the same, but the rep ranges, days, and progression style often very significantly.

Though I would be careful just copying "enhanced" routines as your repair time will probably be longer.
