The famous example they use in business school is Mont Blanc. They partnered with Costco and tried to sell a real high end pen for only $100 thinking everyone would want one at that price. Turns out people only buy Mont Blanc pens to MOGG poorcels and you can't MOGG with a $100 pen from Costco.
