Though.. just based off looks, the tortillas...hmmm... the texture is off, looks too stiff or starchy. Good tortillas are soft and subtle, even if they aren't fresh.

I'm just spoiled on tortillas though. I get mine from a Tortilleria or make my own with lard (butter if I'm out).

So night of this thread it was a taco salad style kit with some chicken breast, but I didn't take a pic. Last before that was Maple Bacon something salad...added celery, sweet onion, apple, and ham.



Usually don't finish all the salad, but it's easy.

Yes. Though I'm not an eggs person. Similar for me would be a tortilla w/cheese and onion grilled in a pan with a little butter...IOW: cheese quesadilla
