If you aren't attracting good enough candidates, the company probably needs to raise the income and find better ways to get more resumes.

IIRC it's something like 4 working C/Os to cover the pension of one retired.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Just to add some wisdom.
There are only two kinds of people in this world.
Avoid both of them.

Have to think carefully about what finishes and features people will pay for, not just what I think is cool.
Kind of soulless but it’s what sells
I would like to do a development of something out of the box on an insane scale, like a landmark, but not sure if the financial return will be there
What should I do

If you literally mean you want to design a city funded landmark, you'd have to propose the idea to city counsel, they usually like artists and you have to get lucky with funding for it. I'm just guessing. You'll have to google this one or GPT it.

How to live in a world where everyone around you is of a lesser IQ or just stupid in general? Nobody thinks anymore. Nobody looks more than a few days ahead in their life. Feels like the world has lost it's ability to see the big picture. Instead it's everything zoomed 100x on a microscopic level. On the large scale life is pretty good. Yet everyone feels the need to take every little tiny thing and make it into some big issue. Over half of the threads about being a better person, dating, or anything like that could be answered if people spent 10 minutes thinking about it in a critical, logical, and social way. Asking questions or advice to get opinions to support or reinforce your ideas is one thing. Problem is, is that everyone asks these questions without having put any thought behind it and just want easy answers, and ask them like it's the first time it's ever come into their mind.
Not sure if it's just laziness, boredom, lack of drive in life, or generally just people becoming dumber or some combination. It's not just on Misc that this stuff is going on. It's everywhere.

Talk to people higher up ask what path they like the most. Ask for personal advice. Ask for coaching. Asking is key, you'd be surprised at how few people actually ask others for guidance. You'll stand out if you do. Participate in organizations, get on the board of smaller organizations and use it as a stepping stone to ask to be involved in decisions for other organizations if that's your goal.
I recently heard a great quote, "you are responsible for giving yourself a promotion". People don't do it for you, you have to ask and push yourself into it. Start pushing.
