IMO it should rate a murder charge even if not first degree murder. For second-degree murder, it could be 15 to life imprisonment. For first-degree murder, it can be 25 to life, and if somebody used a weapon, that could add another 25 years potentially on the back of somebody's sentence.
A car is a deadly weapon and that's 1st degree murder so wtf ??

After they are found guilty, bring them out in public and give one a bullet to the forehead. All of the sudden the second one's "toughness" will suddenly turn into a wet puddle as he cries for his life. Let that go on for a bit so everyone like him sees what their future will be if they continue their ways. Then end it and charge the families for the bullet and the salaries of the officials.
