Probably not completely abstaining from drinks all month but definitely cutting down. Had a couple vacations in the past 6 weeks or so and wasn't consistent with the gym during that time, so I think I took a couple steps back in my 2023 progress. Just going to be more disciplined and limit things to perhaps one night of social drinks a week.
