Married 19 yrs, no children (kids are young goats, society calls them that for a reason, srs.)
We thought about it a few yrs ago, but no way in hell would we have children in CA.

The only fly in that ointment was his mother gave up and threw in the towel instead of fighting.

Men, on the other hand, had bigger plans, such as conquest and expanding their empires and thinking about the workforce needed to get chit done.
There were many warriors of old who cared not about settling down and wanted to drink mead and pump slave girls full of coom after destroying their enemies on the battlefield. It was only kings that mainly worried about having sons to continue running their nation or kingdom. Soyciety weakened men and all this *******ry has been like this since the days of chivalry.

Also, maybe go to an old age home and glance at the visitor log. You're way out of touch with reality if you think that sons outshine daughters in terms of caring for elders. They don't. Sons are taught from early childhood that they don't have to care about anyone but themselves. hence your charming reference to wartime rape followed by abandonment of pregnant women. Cute, sweetie. The problem is that we don't know what will make us happy. Happiness is like horniness in that we have no control over what makes us feel that way.
Some people really want kids and then the kids make their life miserable. Others don't want them and when they have them discover it's the best thing to ever happen to them. Want them or don't want them; it's a gamble either way.
We have one of our own and are considering adopting one, so that she has a sibling. Having a second one of our own would be really pushing the envelope in terms of age.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I don't have any kids yet but would like to have some, and I don't hate anyone who doesn't want them at all (although I do think it's weird). It would be nice if we could correct the current situation where lots of people who should be having kids are not, while lots of people who should not be having them are.

People are going to give you **** for whatever you want to do, regardless of what it is. The same can be said about people who DID have children. They have gotten a hundred "durr I wud NEVAR haf kids srs haha" when they talk about anything having to do with raising a child.
To be honest I'm not sure why the antinatalists complain so much; you're no different than others in this regard

Feminism made it so the idea of rape could also mean consent vs non-consent. If a person says that they were raped, it doesn't necessarily mean anything bad happened to them other than they regret making the decision to sleep with someone, etc. But some will still call it rape, because they "took back" their consent, which is just bs.sounds like you slept through anthropology class. I don't have any kids but I don't really get this attitude today of people jerking each other off over how "enlightened" they are for being childfree.
If you ever look at r/childfree there's some wild stuff on there like girls getting themselves sterilized at 22 years old.
I'm all for people doing what makes them happy and not forcing their views on others.
