i'm currently doing bent over rows, resistance band leg raises, DB curls, rear delt flys, DB RDLs, light squats until I can recover patella strength

Das it mane. keep at it and just progress every week or so. And yeah cardio is the truth, it’s my weakness but I’m working on it lol
