Small town people aren’t even gonna have context, I think the people who hate on public transport are those who used it and know how chitty it is.

Have spent literal days on the bus and LRT in my life, but those days are behind me

Public transportation is great. But I live in Texas...

Long roads and freeways. You need to have a car to thrive outside of dense urban areas.
