I don't get the point of using a weak compound like var. Isn't creatine just as effective?

TRT is not a lie. Testosterone is an incredibly powerful hormone. It literally affects the way you sleep. Your energy levels. Your alertness. Your motivation. Your drive. Your competitiveness. Your productivity. Etc.

Understand that 1200 ng/dl is considered a natural level of testosterone. And a large portion of males in 2023 are operating with less then 400 ng/dl worth of testosterone in their system.

If a male is testing at 600 ng/dl, which is normal, fairly respectable and nothing to worry about. You're literally operating at half capacity compared to someone with elite genetics. Now understand for the sub 400 guys. They are literally 'competing' at life against males with 4-6X the amount of testosterone running through their veins.

Just put it this way. If you aren't naturally competitive, lean, muscular, athletic, confidently approach & seduce women, etc. You most likely have sub-par levels of testosterone. I might argue the 'average' male will NEVER experience life the way high T bro's will. With high enough of T and the right hormone balance you can literally transform your life.

I've experimented as being natty, superhuman level of T, high normal levels of T, and back to natty levels of T. I can honestly tell you, if you haven't had 1500+ ng/dl of test running through your body with a balanced hormone profile you've only ever lived life as a sub-par male.

If you are lucky enough to have 800+ ng/dl naturally you basically have great genetics. You can't pass judgement on low T brahs that decide to enhance their lives.

Var is a powerful compound. Its just considered the 'weakest' form of AAS.

Of course creatine is not as effective as a pharmaceutical drug.
