Not saying it is life ending or you will get diabetes retard.

Putting sugar on food is not a life hack or whatever this stupid thread is about. If you want to put sugar or butter in your coffee that is fine also. Just don't act like you are sharing some super shred secret cheat code.

Btw, the concern with sugar is not calories but what eating sugar does. Also, why tf would someone put sugar on their eggs? I know people like ketchup on them also, just seems odd to put sugar on everything.

all the bro-scientists who can't see the forest for the trees are the ones who think they're sharing a cheat code....

I'm just sharing a dead simple way to reduce calories.... I never knew wtf to put on my potato to make it taste great, but not add a ton of cals.... turns out sriracha is the exact thing it needs.

On a serious note, on the show My 600 Lb life, there actually was one participant who thought oranges were healthy, and ate up to 50 oranges per day.

They of course ate a lot of other stuff too

Holy chit lmao.

Actually impressive. Most of those people strictly stick to pizza/fast food to reach their 600lb dream.

If you're eating fruits and or grains, guarantee it will be over 90, which means you are already slow cooking your cells from glycation damage. i'm carnivore and have sugar here and there. It's not the end of the world.

The key is moderation. Your body can deal with smal amounts of sugar. Problem is typical americans gorge on processed food garbage full of sugars, seed oils, simple carbs - and they pay the price at the hospital.

Much to the joy of big pharma, govt social security and healthcare industry $$
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.
