I love breakfast so blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and maybe some home fries. Throw in a big glass of tomato juice and I'm good.

Majority of food is fairly healthy, sugars are what's mainly bad.

Pizza isn't too bad, can still have somewhat decent macros.

What's bad are sugars like junk food, alcohol etc because they're not satiating.

The cheat meal isn't what gets you it's more what you drink and what you have for dessert.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
