2000 cals a day. 1g protein per lb of body weight. Keep lifting minimum 3x week in the morning. Cardio 30-60 minutes first thing in the morning on non-lifting days. Light cardio in the afternoon on lifting days (30ish minutes). You'll cut weight at 1-2lbs a week and maintain most of your current muscle mass. Try to get more sleep. I Lost 30 lbs in 4 months doing that, lifts only went down a little bit. Or hop on datdere....
