I think I've had alcohol poisoning once before. Didn't drink for like four months. Now as an adult I don't get hung over. YOu'll eventually find your limit, learn to chug water and some pink salt before bed and wake up ready for the gym.

Misc alcoholics are like the miscers who make misc retirement threads. Constantly making threads about how they're going to stop because it's taken such a toll on them over the years now that they're in their 30's/40's, but always going right back for more within a week or two, sometimes even less time.

What’s your heart rate currently OP?

Day after I drink it’s usually like 130 and I think I’m gonna go into cardiac arrest…stays high for like 2 days before dropping under 100 on the 3rd day after binge drinking
