Why thank you breh. I don't know what to make of my physique although all I do is fight the food fight against CF and was told by docs that the more weight I have, the better I can fight. BB'ing has always been my ally. Have mire'd your build as well.

I was surprised to learn at a recent clinic visit that a full body scan had me at 26% BF. I thought I was on the teens as I don't look like I carry much fat. I can't turn back now though. Lol
