The official story by the Soviets where the guy responsible basically had an order that if he didn't find hitler's body he would be lights out, said that the remaining people in his bunker said they cremated his body and Eva's with a couple gallons of diesel fuel, but then it turned to gasoline and even Karosene, fuels which were hard to find at the time. Yeah, if it were that easy to burn a body that well in a ditch, there would be no bodies found. Anyways when that piece of skull was put in question, they said they ground it up and threw it into a river. The Soviets would not let anyone touch their sacred artifact. I think he got away, and by the time they figured it out he had died of natural causes, and the powers to be actually protected the official story because it would be an embarrassment. He had the last laugh. So many negative stories about Hitler are just not true.
