I go every quarter and get bloodwork done as well as a physical. I get ECG every six months, and also go to the dentist every 6 months. Being this swole is dangerous, so I make sure to check often in case anything starts to go wrong.

I fixed that for you. I go to various doctors and it's way more than 5 times a year. Ophthalmologist, Optometrist, General Doctor, Endocrinologist, Orthopedic (hands), Orthopedic (spine), Podiatrist, Dentist, etc. I also get Dexa scans, BMR tests, cardio endurance testing, I do it all.

When I was poor like you I didn't go to the doctor at all. But go ahead and keep coping for me.

Many people die( men) from being "thin" and not getting things checked frequently; don't be that guy who drops dead because you are a mirror doctor at most.
Get your chit checked out so that you can fix problems early, not when they are stage 4 emergencies.
