If truth somehow didn't show a net loss this early in their infancy, it would be a bad sign of business management.

Honestly, the fact they're net loss isn't a bigger number is more revealing to their struggles
Wow. You're probably the biggest dumbass I've faced in a while and to top it off you're saying I don't know amything.

Many business anticipate losses for the future im order for the brand to build and eventually make a profit. Are you saying losing 74M close to the business' inception is something companies routinely expect or go through as part of their roadmap tp success?

This happening to Twitter validates a business with 74M loss right out of the gate. Any business starting out losing 74M has absolutely no promise to be successful. I will now spare myself from further explaining how much of a dumbass you are. This is business 101.

Only thing I learned from you is that Twitter is a failure too.
They should open it up so you can view it without an account.
Everything requiring a login dissuades traffic. Which probably reducing ad revenue. Twitter now forces you to login to view replies and stuff, so I barely look at anything on there anymore.
Agreed, and it applies to more and more things these days. Even the most common bloody operating system on the planet wants you to have an account just to use your own computer if you don't know the workaround.

I think that with social media companies across the board they're running into a bind trying to extract even more money when data/advertising won't suffice.

The interesting part, though, is how this is all occurring roughly around the same time all at once despite years of *free* access. These shifts alongsidenew revenue streams as premium servicescoincide with a rise in privacy concerns and increasing knowledge about privacy tracking/blockers.
"There has been increasing pressure from consumers and regulators alike to allow more transparency and consumer control in the collection of personal data," said Pade. "Apple's recent privacy policy changes have reflected this move, with the company implementing App Tracking Transparency."

Moreover, Apple's changes have also impacted ad targeting on social media, and even the ability to pinpoint the social media users most likely to be interested in a company's ad campaigns.

"The change in data collection has caused advertisers to be less eager to spend money on social media platforms like ********, Twitter, and Instagram," Pade noted.

Ads may simply not offer the same value anymore.

"That would be a serious consequence if advertisers determine that the services they're paying for are no longer providing the benefits they want," added King. "Those issues aside,it's worth considering whether we're nearing a tipping point in terms of consumers being willing to pay for platforms and services that have long been provided freely."
That last point is probably the most relevant and vital consideration these days asallservices have been raising prices simultaneously, causing people to finally start taking into account what subscriptions they continue paying and the actual value these services are even providing.

With social media, frankly it amazes me that people even placed enough value to pay for things like Twitter when it has been insanely clear that the only winning move is to not play at all with these parasitic platforms. The more people enable these companies, the more they know that they can get away with, causing them to push even further.

After all of the moronic choices made around twitter alone, it's insane how addicted people are to still put up with it allandpay for what used to be free* because I sure wouldn't put it past them to still mine the hell out of your personal life no matter how much paid them (just look at Windows).
Yeah Web 2.0 sucks so much overall. It's a worse user experience in almost every way. Everything is guarded by a login wall, and search results are utterly useless.
I swear, it feels like search alone has degraded to where it's almost useless these days.

It doesn't help that the UI/UX designers might as well be cenobites with how masochistic their designs have become. I flat out give up searching on google more often than I even find things, and the only way they've managed to innovate is new ways to dumb down the site even more.

Lindsey Graham was begging the food stamp collector to donate to Trump and they obviously did cause they're Trumptards. So I guess they do know the feeling of getting fukked in the arsehole so willingly.

A rich man went chasing power by becoming president. You can't comprehend that? He even said in some softball interview in the 90s after being asked what now, he said become president.

Money and power. All about self image. He wanted to be President as a measure of success, or do you think he cares about you? Who am I kidding.

Trump has won from a business angle...he parlayed his celebrity and American's hate for politicians into becoming the most well known living person to ever exist on planet earth. How many trillions of times has his name been said at this point? How many words written about him? How much tv coverage?

And as far as him "loving" people...do you really think Biden loves all you derange nuts that support him?
