A freak accident is lightning striking someone. A fresh accident is a tire breaking free in the highway and drinking into another car killing that person. Lifting your leg and kicking at someone with a blade on your foot is not a freak accident.

It's a tough case. Every sport has players doing illegal things that could possibly kill someone. What happens if a NFL lineman purposely does a low block on a guy, and he dies?

Don't complain. It's your fellow whites in the media who decide what is and isn't given priority. And the hockey thing happened in the UK, so of course it won't be breaking news here.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

This guy goes over what happened with the media and the hockey story quite well.

A narrative is being spun because the guy who killed the white guy is black. Z soy son can try to spin it to protect his black brothers all he wants to but the facts are this story is being buried, and it wouldn't be if the colors were reversed.

As I said I have played hockey most of my life. Hockey skates and their edges are very sharp. Razor sharp. You simply do not lift your skate in that manner to try and hit another person.

The only time I have, or have every really seen, a skate being lifted intentionally is to either block a shot or to let a shot go by you without deflecting the puck and confusing the goalie.

What this guy did was completely intentional. And he has a past history of doing it.

The contact isn't the freak accident. It's the fact that the contact hit his neck and hit his jugular vein and sliced it rather than hitting his helmet, his chest, shoulder, etc. Dude would have to be Bruce Lee and Kristi Yamaguchi on skates to have both skaters moving at that speed in different directions and for him to have such accuracy on one skate.

If you're holding a 20ft metal rod in a lightning storm, then getting struck by lightning wouldn't be a freak accident but having the lightning miss the rod and strike you in the dick instead would be a freak accident.

My position on this hasn't changed at all since finding out he's black, and why would it? Only racist fukks think his race is at all relevant.

Yes, he deserves to be tried for manslaughter, derp. He was obviously trying to use his skate to prevent the other player from advancing. The reason why you can't check players with a skate is because there's a risk of serious injury. He took that risk and someone paid with their life due to his actions. He has to be held accountable for his reckless behavior.

The point of this thread isn't to talk about how blacks commit more violent crime than any other race. That is obvious.

It is about how the MSM and people such as yourself poo poo that very fact and on the other hand will completely exaggerate when a white person commits a crime. Ala LeBron James saying "we are literally being hunted on the streets". Or you saying the smash and grabs taking place at stores are not mainly done by blacks.

Watch the 5 minute video I posted above about the hockey players. The person who made the video is Asian. He goes over very well the double standard taking place here.

I played hockey too . Players in all sports do things that may kill someone. Pitchers throwing at heads. Impossible to prove intent though

The guy threw himself up in the air feet first. He wasn't checked and went flying etc. The unintentional manslaughter charges seems correct here to me.

Damn, I must have been drunk when I wrote that initially. Regardless, I never thought his intention was to slice the dude's jugular, but kicking his leg high was purposeful. The purposeful intent is what makes this not a freak accident.

When this first broke, I had no idea both parties were standing up. I assumed the victim was laying on the ice and a goat rodeo of a pile up happened and his neck got kicked or skated into. That I would say would be a freak accident, but when dude was clearly looking back and high kicking, that takes the freak part out of the situation. An accident? Yes. A freak accident? No.

I guess you have a problem with the word "freak" since you realize the slice to the throat was an accident in spite of the high leg being purposeful.

Have dude try tointentionally slice a jugular and result in a guy dying with that move at those speeds 100 times and dude is dying from the contact ~0.1% of the time, or once out of 1,000 times it's run 100 times. Now factor in that his intent wasn't to slice his jugular. Sounds pretty freak to me.

85% of stats are made up; 96% of people know that. Let's assume dude was trying to kick his shoulder area. That's a mere couple inches from the neck. I guarantee it would happen far more frequently than your arbitrary ~0.1% of the time. The reason it happens so rarely is because people don't just kick their bladed feet at people's upper body. Not a freak accident, but definitely an accident.

Right, so your made up stats disagree with my made up stats.

Like yes, if dude 100% of the time was trying to kick his shoulder area, he would have to have the stars align perfectly to slice his jugular.

I'd give you your odds if the dude he was kicking was skating bare chested and with no helmet, as there would be no helmet and pads that help tangle the foot and help obstruct the neck area.

Yeah, I know you disagree with that. That's fine. We both agree dude wasn't trying to kill him but it was stupid and reckless and deserves to be tried for manslaughter.

So in one breath you're saying it was a 'freak' accident to hit his jugular because of the inaccuracy due to motion, movement, and momentum involved in the kick, but in this breath you're saying he can hit his shoulder area with such precision that ultimately the stars would need to align for anything to happen to his neck.

So, I'm confused. Does a hockey player have or not have accuracy when kicking at someone's upper body while skating on ice?

No moron. I said 100% of the time TRYING to kick the shoulder. That means aiming for the shoulder every (100% of the) time. That does not mean successfully connecting with the shoulder 100% of the time.

No, hence why it was freak for the skate to perfectly hit a vital vein.

This is your dumbest post yet... by far.

You're so desperate to argue that you are spinning wild theories that make no sense.

What exactly are you trying to say?

NOBODY intentionally high kicks someone in hockey, it's absolutely forbidden and demonized. Your own team would punish you.

There's been a handful of cases where guys have stepped on anothers leg or a stomping and it was an outrageous act that commanded heavy suspensions. To throw your foot up in the air is beyond comprehension for this very reason. Clearly you've never played hockey, all you know is what you over hear hockey players chat about after you're fixing their divot marks on the course. Lawn boy.

It's not a freak accident. It's a potential outcome, a realistic outcome from such a vile and heinous act. Kids wear neck protection because even accidentally falling in the wrong place could put you at risk, that's why you never see someone try and high kick at an opponent, ever.

That's why goals don't count if you use a kicking motion. Kicking is the worst thing you can do in hockey.

You have never played hockey have you? It is very obvious.

No one does what this guy did. No one. I have never seen it either playing, watching hockey live, or on TV. If even a small amount of players throughout the millions and millions of games that have been played in history skate by people and lean over and raise their leg up from waist to chest level? This would have happened hundreds if not 1000s of times already. But it hasn't happened, really ever, because NO ONE ever does what this guy did. Why? Because it is highly dangerous and no one of sane mind would do that.

It was not a freak accident. He intentionally tried to hurt the guy with the sharp edge of his skate. Not kill him obviously, but he 100% was trying to hurt him. The fact that he was killed is a direct result of his intentions.
Words to live by...."You're at the shopping mall with your girl but a hot chick walks by. Are you going to look at the hot girl? No. You use your peripheral vision."

I seriously can't figure out if you guys are legit retards or pretending to be legit retards.

Several times I have already said that KICKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN HOCKEY BECAUSE THEY CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY.

That serious injury is a laceration of some type. Many can be very serious. Very, very few could be lethal in a matter of minutes.

I think you retards are getting confused by the word accident. The contact wasn't an accident. I'm not a mind-reader like Bumblebee, so I can't say whether he was trying to inflict serious injury, but it's pretty clearthe "accident" part was coming into contact with his neck rather than his chest.

But yeah, Bumblebee is a world-class figure skater and hockey player, so there's no way this guy was going for his chest and got off balance and the skate went higher than he expected.

Anyway, none of that matters. He's being properly charged and will have to be held accountable for his recklessness.
