It's a stupid point I'm raising. I doubt any reasonable person would charge a mom for breastfeeding.
I could see some unhinged feminist accusing a guy of having a discreet boner though.

Also, Murfreesboro is home to MTSU, a university with a total enrollment of over 20k people. It's also the county seat for Rutherford county (just south of Nashville) with a total population of right around 400k. Hardly rural. A little bit further south or east would be "rural" or "tiny" towns

OP's initial claim and your claim both contradict the wording of the ordinance posted by dabb which is:
"Sexual conduct" means acts of masturbation, homosexuality, sexual intercourse, or physical contact with a person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks or, if such person be a female, breast.
all of those things have clear definitions and scopes besides homosexuality.

I can never tell if you guys are intentionally misrepresenting information or if it's a reading comprehension thing.

It is part of political theater and the women in the photo can't be having that much fun, because I know of no women personally who would enjoy that. They would also say it is gross and horrific to be in front of children.

This is where I believe the LGBTQ+ community has failed their mission to more accepted, because it makes the entire community look like perverts and perverts will never be fully accepted.
