Hotel is brand new and that is the top tier package, so my assumption is the limit is set at 10.

10 down is pretty bad for wireless gaming, that's like the minimum I think

Were you able to get the portal on hotel wifi with no browser?

Didn't use it much as I have been busy but fired it up and gave a few games a go, honestly it was flawless. Having a bad connection is probably where things go south for this thing, and remote play in general.

No, how would I do that? I just used my mobile, and being that the DL was significantly faster I don't see the point of trying to get on hotel WiFi if there was a workaround.
