They are bulletproof.

Not a bad idea if you live around a bunch of hoodrats.

You don't really have to worry about paint scrapes or door dings.

Honestly it's a pretty cool urban assault vehicle. If it's got run flat tires you're pretty secure from just about anything that some ghetto fgts could do to you.

Can't take out the tires or the radiator. No gas tank to blow up. Batteries and motors are well protected under the vehicle. It's really only susceptible to IEDs.

Elon is from South Africa. He knows what he's doing and where the US is headed.

Tri-motor rumored to have 500 miles
Tri-motor to do 0-60 in like 2.8 seconds, that's mid-level Ferrari fast for a heavy SUV.
Doesn't look like every other truck out there.


Though, honestly, I like combustion cars.

Yeah this video isn't the best. Most of this comes down to tires, tred, positioning and the driver. We have no idea what motor level the Tesla was and it had road tires.

It's pretty good that all three of them can do it though. This is a pretty technical course. I've taken jeeps offroad occasionally for the last 15 years, and I wouldn't run this without big tires.

What will happen in reality is a bunch of stem grads and computer nerds will buy them.

Eventually the truth will come out how unhappy they are with them because of all of the stuff that any normal thinking person already knows.

It sucks they will have to learn an expensive lesson when they are smart enough to avoid it but it will be an unavoidable thing.
